1. Are all Kiru Made items official collaborations?
Yes, every collection, apparel drop, and art toy release on Kiru Made is an official, direct collaboration created in partnership with the featured artists and creators.
2. Are your drops limited edition?
Most of our artist collaborations, capsule drops, and collectibles (such as art toys and giclée prints) are produced in limited quantities. Once a collection sells out, restocks are rare.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and localized payment gateways supported securely through our Shopify checkout system.

4. Where do you ship from and what regions do you cover?

5. How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically process and ship within 3 to 5 business days. For pre-order (fulfilment) items or special artist drops, please check the individual product page or cart delivery method for estimated shipping timelines.

6. How do Kiru Made apparel items fit?
We use various contemporary silhouettes for our tees and hoodies, including Boxer-Fit, Taper-Fit, and Cut and Sew Wide-body cuts. Please review the sizing guide measurements available on each product page before purchasing.
7. How should I care for my printed apparel and giclée prints?
For apparel, we recommend turning garments inside out, washing on a cold gentle cycle, and hanging to dry to preserve the print quality. For giclée art prints, handle with clean hands by the edges and avoid direct, prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight.
