Tax Laws for EU and Select Countries effective 1st July 2021

Effective 1st July 2021, the EU has abolished minimum cost for taxable items. Items that arrive at destination Customs are subject to VAT + Disbursement/Administrative Fees charged by respective governments and shipping/postal services. These charges are not reflected on our shipping as it is not within our jurisdiction and are different from country to country.
If you are buying over 2kgs of items, we recommend to split the order up to be below 2kg each.
Please check your national postal services for Administrative Fees.

You may expect:
1. Order handcrafting within 2-3 weeks.
2. Order delivery via our ASEAN-hub in Singapore within 2 weeks after.
3. Order Tracking Number sent to this email and Registered Airmail Delivery within 2 weeks after.*
*Delivery of merchandise will be dispatched from Malaysia or Singapore via express mail with tracking. Any additional import duties, customs fees, and taxes that may apply to the shipment are to be paid at the time of delivery by customer.
Return or Exchange of Merchandise
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. However in case of damaged/defective goods or wrong deliveries, the customer may contact Kiru Made within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
Customer may send an email to email@example.com with image of damage/defects or wrong delivery, shipping order information and e-reciept information.
In the event that merchandise exchange is possible, Kiru Made will be responsible for shipping costs. In the event that exchange is not possible, Kiru Made will fully refund merchandise cost. Do note that if the customer does not email Kiru Made within 7 days of receipt, all exchanges will not be accepted.
Please be aware that once a purchase agreement has been made, Kiru Made will not accept any cancellations of the purchase for any reasons whatsoever.
